This Chamber is organized for the purpose of advancing the quality of life, economic well-being, and awareness of the Maquoketa area so that our community will be a better place to reside and conduct business of professional endeavors.
Since there is only one Maquoketa in the entire world, over the years, that unique name has helped shape Maquoketans' view of themselves. They have come to recognize, and value, their city as a one-of-a-kind place.
Being unique is certainly special to us, but, we realize, it carries an obligation, one taken very seriously. How? By treating our visitors with genuine friendliness and old-fashioned service. Smiles and warm handshakes have never gone out of style here.
